1. Refund, Deferment, and Transfer
1.1. Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if you have not started the course you have purchased and it is 5 days or more from the start date of your purchased course. No refunds are provided for purchased courses once you have started the course and gained access to the course content.
1.2. Deferment Policy: In the event of an unanticipated scheduling conflict, you may request a deferment up to two times only, which will expire within three months from the start date.
1.3. Transfer Policy: If you find that a course is not suitable for you, you may request a transfer to another course with an equal or lesser registration fee instead of a refund. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you have not started the purchased course.
1.4. Account Access Policy: Your student account is registered solely to you and is not transferable. Sharing, transferring, or providing access to your account with others is strictly prohibited.
1. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilmSchool.AI, its owners, officers, partners, associates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of contracts, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our courses, except for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or a defective product.
